What a great place to stay; Windsor Hills Resort is
lovely - close enough to all the Theme Parks, convienent for loads
of resturants on the 192. Just watch your waistline!!

allan and sandra thank you so much for the use of your villa it really was awesome, and windsor hills is all it promised to be.
allan its was a pleasure working with you, you really made the whole process so easy for a first timers like ourselves.
we cant wait till next year and hopefully yor place will be available when we booked.

Dear Allan and Sandra,
Just dropping you a note to let you know that John, my daughters, and I had a wonderful time visiting Disney World and truly enjoyed staying in your lovely home. We are currently in Houston after a quick trip to visit other family members and are waiting to board the plane for our return trip to Buenos Aires this evening. I believe this trip will be considered by our family to be the best vacation we have ever taken and staying in your home made it that much more special. We felt as if we were at home during our entire stay instead of staying at a stuffy hotel with limited bathrooms. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and soak our tired feet after a long day at parks. The layout of your one story home worked great for us. Getting ready in the morning was a breeze with two teenagers and four bathrooms! We brought a hair dryer with us from Argentina since teenage girls take a while to get ready in the mornings. We came across one hair dryer in the master bathroom so the extra one we packed worked well. We only wish we could have relaxed more in your home but there was so much to experience at all the Disney Parks and we found ourselves getting up very early in the mornings and staying out late every day. I still cannot believe that I rode the "Tower of Terror" ......we have plenty of t-shirts, pictures, magnets, and all kinds of souvenirs to remind us of our trip.
Allan and Sandra, I believe what sets your home apart from others in the community is your personal attention in your email communications and telephone calls. Even the directions you provided were precise. We will highly recommend your home to any of our friends who plan a future trip to Disney World. Thanks again.

Hi Allan and Sandra - We have just returned from our Florida experience (February 17th - 29th).
We want to thank you for the use of your beautiful residence. Everything was as described and suited
our family perfectly. The pool and the hot tub were particularly popular (especially with the two little ones). The location was ideal for shopping and visiting local attractions.

your villa is wonderful and we had a fabulous time thankyou both the grounds and the inside of the villa area is immaculate plus the games area got some good use!!!!!!!!! after a long day in the parks and the pool being heated was definately good

thank you so much for letting us use your fabulous
villa as you know allan i was really worried at first that the villa
we had booked was the one on the your website having booked through
a management company a few years back and getting a villa that was
nothing like what we where promised. thanks allan for putting my
mind at rest and answering all my silly questions we would recommend
this villa and Windsor hills it really is a wonderful place the kids
keep on asking when we are going back. hopefully next year.

We had a fabulous time at Arranvilla. We have
stayed at various locations over the past 10 years and Windsor Hills
is definitely the best resort yet for location and
facilities. Allan And Sandra made everything so easy and any
questions we had were answered immediately. Our only complaint is
that we bought too many park tickets and didn’t take enough time to
relax at the villa and complex. The free phone calls was a godsend
as we had left our 19year old son at home for the first time and it
was such peace of mind to
be able to call him which added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We
will be recommending Windsor Hills to friends and family and Allan
and Sandra’s villa in particular as they are the perfect hosts (even
although they aren’t there, we had to e-mail them for something and
we had a reply the same day).
We will definitely be back.

Just back from a wonderful holiday in your villa. The
pictures don't do it justice as when you walk in the door for first
time all you can say is WOW!
We loved it here, and so did ours kids and extended family. My son
just lived in the pool then on the playstation, and was in heaven
watching tv in his own room and delighted that ye had disney
channel too. Could not fault a thing about the villa, just could not
work out how to use the phone. Ye thought of everything even down to
jigsaws and movies and stroller, the list goes on and on. So if we
ever go back to Orlando we will definately stay in Arran villa
again!!! Thanks

Thank you for letting us use your lovely house in Florida. We had a great week and the kids loved all the facilities especially the pool and having their own rooms to hang out in. We will definitely look you up for our next Florida plan. Windsor Hills was all that we remembered it to be and more. Perfect location to get to lots of great stuff too.

Hi Allan and Sandra,
Thanks again for another great vacation. Because we've been booking
with you twice a year now, when we arrived for our 2007 vacation it
felt so much like home. It's always a pleasure working with the
both of you. Also, having Dee and Frank right next door is a
comfort, especially if there's any issues, which of course there
never is. We love the house so much, we are looking into purchasing
one in the future. Anyone who wants the perfect place to vacation,
with or without children, really needs to take a look at Windsor
Hills. In the past when we have gone away, we have always stayed in
a hotel. Never again... We have found for less than what we would
spend on a hotel, we can stay in a beautiful house with everything
you need and everything you could ask for. I look forward to our
October vacation, which I will be booking soon! Thanks again for
making our time in Florida great!

Just come home from one of the best holidays the
family have had in years.
Firstly it took a lot of pressure from my husband too go for a
villa rather than a hotel as we have done for years (never
again) I could spend the next half hour telling you about the
advantages of booking a villa rather than a hotel of course you
already know this Allan your pictures don't do your villa
justice it is really lovely and had everything possible we
needed plus, the facilities on Windsor hills are really amazing
I couldn't keep the kids away from the playground and pool,
thanking you once again for stress free holiday, hope to come
back next year.

Wow, is not the word, your home was completely
amazing!!! The kids loved the pool and trying to get them out
was only part of the fun! your house was so nicely decorated and
comfortable it was almost like we never left home. The rooms
were spacious and very well appointed, the girls just loved
having there own room to sleep in. The pictures don't do it any
justice this place is immaculate! We very much enjoyed our stay
and all the activities it was nice to come home to your home
after a long day at the parks, and just relax swim and bbq right
there!
This place had everything we were looking for and more, we look
forward to staying again, and enjoying another family vacation,
Sandra and Allan Cheers to booth of you for putting together
such a wonderful home!

A lovely villa that is beautifully furnished. The pool table, air hockey and playstation were thoroughly enjoyed by all and are an excellent touch. The Windsor Hills complex is great with a clubhouse that has it's own large pool area along with cinema and games room.
Windsor Hills is minutes from US 192 with an abundance of
restaurants and we were able to be at Animal Kingdom within 10
mins using Sherbeth Road.
Alan and Sandra were very helpful and answered all our questions
quickly, they were a pleasure to deal with. We would have no
hesitation in recommending the villa to friends, family and
colleagues.
Alan-just a couple of suggestions (not criticisms!). The
management company handbook is a bit misleading relating to the
phone (I assume it's standard issue) as it makes reference to
needing a credit card or visiting the management centre and
purchasing " usage". Whereas there are free international
calls. Also, and I accept this may be my stupidity, but with free
internet access I assumed initially there would be a computer,
others may be more IT savvy and know they need to take their
laptop!
There is of course a washing machine and tumble but we couldn't
find anywhere to hang the washing so we went to a $1 store and
bought a line that we strung up from the garage door frame. The
water temperature wasn't very hot, I don't know whether that was
because of the colder weather whilst we were there and it may
have felt hotter later in the year.
Finally we could have done with some more knives believe it or
not, I know the Americans don't use them!
As I said at the beginning these are in no way criticisms just
things that we noticed. We were delighted with the villa and
thank you for all your help.

Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely
property with us. We had an excellent time. The benefits of
staying at a private home versus one of the many hotels that we
otherwise would have booked are immeasurable. The boys loved
the pool and it was a great way for them to get rid of any
left-over energy from a day at the parks.
We look forward to our next trip to Florida and to renting with
you again.

Your
home was immaculate. Everything was so clean and well
equipped. My mother misses the pillow-top bed. My two girls
screamed and cried wanting to take the pool back to VA with
us! My Dad now wants to buy a widescreen TV. My parents
appreciated not having to climb any stairs with their weakened
knees.
Rather than a typical rental home where the home is stripped
from anything extra, when we needed an extra pool towel it was
there. When my daughter wanted a pool tube or fetching toy, it
was there. When we walked to the community playground or pool,
a stroller was there. We were without need.
The Community Amenities! Nothing was spared or overlooked when
the Builders made the amenities. What an elaborate
playground! And the pool was perfect for my little girls who
don't yet swim alone. The beach-like access into the water
prevented the children from slipping on any steps. The water
fountain area kept the girls busy allowing me to supervise from
a relaxing deck chair. Next year we're bringing the older
cousins so they can ride down the fastest water slide ever
built!
We were so relieved to find your home as close to Disney as
stated. After Park days of crowds and high excitement and
over stimulation, we looked forward to rejuvenating in your home
and Windsor Hills.
It was the first time we ever rented from an owner directly and
what a difference in customer service! We weren't treated like
tenants but truly as guests. Your correspondence was
timely. Your interest in our experience, genuine. There was
only a minor check-out situation; and the way you handled
everything (all the way from Scotland) can only be summed up as
impressive!
This was by far our family's best vacation experience and hope
you'll have us back next year!

beautiful, clean and had all the comforts of home. I enjoyed the
fact that I was able to book our rental directly through you,
the owner. I have to say, since we stayed at your villa, we all
have been spoiled. I can tell you, that we won't be renting
anywhere else in the future, if that's ok with you. Thank you
for sharing your home with us. 02.10.2006 We have just returned from our family holiday staying in
Arran villa on the Windsor Hills Resort. The resort was in an
excellent location for all of the parks, Disney was the closest
it only took about 10 minutes to get there which was great. It
was also only 5 minutes away from the supermarkets and
restaurants on Highway 192. We had a fantastic holiday which was
easy to arrange as Allan and Sandra the owners were very helpful

We have just returned back home from your lovely villa and will certainly be coming back again we have been vacationing holiday villas for the last 6 years and yours beat the rest hands down the facilities in the the Windsor hills are best we have seen and the added bonus of dealing with the owners who couldn't do enough for us, nothing was a problem great price too.

This villa is amazing - BRAND NEW - and immaculate. It is so close to the all of the Orlando attractions and especially Disney parks. The villa is spacious with a pool table in the garage and a beautiful swimming pool just out the sliding doors from the living room. It was nice to come home late from the parks and be able to have a refreshing swim in the pool! The owners are so easy to work with regarding our stay and planning was hassle-free. We will definitely be coming back to this villa (and will be bringing friends and family too!).
