You can rent our villa for less than $200 per night and it holds up to 8 adults, with plenty of storage space.

                                              

Our 4 bedroom 4 bathroom, newly built vacation home has a beautiful corner lot in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort and has over 1800 sq ft of living space.  Sleeping up to 8 people our home boasts 1 king ensuite room, 1 queen ensuite and 2 twin rooms also ensuite. 

There is no need to bring towels, linen, iron, hairdryers, or other standard household items as we have made sure that every luxury is in our home.

Our home has been professionally decorated and furnished and comes complete with a large 52 inch TV in family room along with a Sony playstation 2 with games and a DVD player.

Just like home. With a complete kitchen and dining room you can still enjoy those family meals together.  Our home comes fully air conditioned and for your added comfort we have also installed ceiling fans in every room and 2 in the games room.

Come try out our extended crystal clear pool and spa. Take a break from the parks and enjoy a relaxing day by our south-facing (get the sun all day), pool and spa which comes fully screened keeping out the flies and bugs. We even throw in the pool toys and inflatables!

 

 

Why not try out our heated spa with a glass of wine or two after a long day in the parks. Plastic glasses are even provided and you can light up the pool /spa with our underwater lighting which is sure to set the atmosphere.

Relax in our upmarket swivel /rocker loungers and patio furnishing (not cheap plastic ones), and the kids can enjoy our many pool toys.

 

For safety we have installed alarmed patio doors system so the wee ones cannot go out undetected and there's also a removable 4ft screen to ensure their safety.

Have a meal AL-fresco on our ELECTIC BBQ. No need for you to go outside the screened area as required with GAS BBQs under Florida state law, also no need for gas refills.

 

 

For your enjoyment we have also added a games room to our home which comes complete with a professional pool table and bar. We have also installed 2 ceiling fans in the games room for those especially hot days.
